Registered as a 501C3
An organization must be organized and operated exclusively for exempt purposes set forth in section 501(c)(3), and none of its earnings may inure to any private shareholder or individual.
Location
We work with charities based in the U.S. and registered with the IRS, however, the scope of a charity’s work can be international.
Length of Operations
The organization must have been in existence, with corresponding Forms 990, for at least three years.
Board
A board of directors with a minimum of five voting members.
